As we will soon be preparing for the Apple Pie Making and the Apple Country Fair we will be having a review for preparing the apple pies under the ServSafe guidelines for all who are planning on participating. We are looking at sometime in September to make us aware of the regulations we must follow as we prepare to sell food to the public for our annual fundraiser.
I did pass the ServSafe Manager Test and we have our Kitchen inspection July 8th. I am good until 6/15/2031. Then I would like to pass the baton on to someone else, so please keep that in mind if someone would like to take this on. Also, a reminder to take all food home after coffee hours, and events. No food is to be stored here. Always, take leftovers home. Thank you to the Helping Hands Team for Cleaning our Kitchen & all you do!!
