As we move forward into this new season, we’re grateful for the many ways God continues to work through our church family. Your faithfulness, service, and generosity make a difference every day—both within our congregation and in the wider community.
Following the close of the first quarter, we want to share an honest update on our financial picture. We are currently facing a $11,770.00 deficit. This is due in part to several weather-related closures, increased plowing expenses, and higher-than-expected heating costs during the winter months. In addition, we are anticipating necessary repairs in the near future, including plumbing and elevator work, while still carrying a $3,000 remaining balance on our roof repair loan.
While these needs may feel significant, we trust that God is present in every challenge and opportunity before us. We invite each member of our congregation to prayerfully consider how you might support the church at this time. Whether through financial giving, prayer, or encouragement, every effort plays a meaningful role in sustaining and strengthening our shared ministry.
Thank you for your continued faithfulness and care for our church. Together, with hopeful hearts and trust in God’s provision, we will move forward.
In gratitude and faith,
Cheri Carty, Treasurer
